GURGAON POLICE REFUSED TO REGISTER THE FIR SUBMITTED BY THE NE

Gurgaon, Dec 14: Yesterday, the North East Support Center Team and Gurgaon Eimi Organisation had approached Gurgaon Police Station to submit the FIR. The Police refused to registered the case and neglected. Meanwhile the accused landlord and his hired-men landed the police station in defending from accussations. It is crystal clear that the police were convinced by the landlord's companions. The FIR was denied by the police without any concrete reasons reveal to the NESC and GEO leaders.

The landlod also questioned her tenant, Preeti (name changed), but she kept silent as the case was not registered by the police. Earlier, the landlord does not care nothing. Now the landlord might be quite afraid to some extent, since an FIR reached the police.

After such a long refusal from the police officers, the NESC Team and its associates began to left the police station infavour of peaceful means. The accused and his men were moving around cautiously. Undoubtedly, they were ready to possibly make physical harm to the northeast people. This accused landlord and his hired-men is suspected to carry out mass-attack to the northeast people under his guidance.

The night in Gurgaon particularly, Chakkarpur area was tensed with fear and helpless. Many of notheast fled from this locality in fear of the possible attack from the accused landlord, who have gangs. An SMS stating, "Caution to the northeast people residing in Gurgaon" was also spread widely by Zokuom SMS. This really gave awareness to the northeast people who haven't known the news.

The incident shows, even the government enforcement of law and order in Gurgaon neglected the aggreviances of the northeast. The life these people is not safe and secure. After all, the local people were the main concern for the northeast community.

The Gurgaon Police neglected the FIR of the northeast. This should be widely protest by the northeast at the earliest. To the maximum, our greviances should be alo spread widely to expouse the world. It would be wise to approached our northeast - Chief Ministers, MPs, Ministers, Politicians and eminient personalities, if possible.

Until and unless the case of this minor girl is not registered, the fate of the northeast residing in Gurgaon is doubtful.
